Group Order on Machined Parts To Reduce Costs

Is anyone interested in a group order on some of the machined parts to spread out the setup costs?

I’m interested. Do you have a list of parts that you’d like to order together? Where are you located?

Sorry for the slow response. I live in the U.S. I had ended up ordering the machined parts from a U.S. source before you posted it. Happy to provide the details if they are helpful to you.

I am in US as well, Can you please share where you got the parts ordered?

Thanks!

I checked around for EDM vs machining costs. Found these guys to be the most economical.

I did not buy a form cutter – these guys said they could hit the tolerances.

Thanks for sharing this manufacturer.
Can I ask how much each parts cost?

Thomas,

Yes, I ordered 7 of each part in order to build the biped model with one extra part.

Center Pulley (7075 Aluminum) was $85ea
Motor Pulley (7075 Aluminum) was $50ea
Motor Shaft (304 stainless) was $25ea

Went the machining route with no form cutter seemed to work.
