Robot height estimation

Hello!

I saw the impressive results you achieved with Deep Reinforcement Learning to carry out the jumping task on Solo8, great job!
Just one question, how do you estimate the robot height given as input to the policy?
Motion capture system or IMU integration?

Hello,

thanks - the Solo8 v1 robot doesn’t have an onboard IMU.
We were using our Vicon motion capture system.
